Blacktown Leisure Centre, Stanhope gets personal

Wednesday, June 13, 2007

Blacktown Leisure Centre, Stanhope will focus on personal training this month, with the 'P1' Personal Training program, aiming to help the Centres members reach their personal health and lifestyle goals.

The 'PI' Personal Training program will focus on and deliver;

  • Continual support and monitoring
  • Positive Trainer feedback and review
  • Uplifting motivation
  • P1 diary provided, so you can track yourself
  • Challenging goals
  • Results orientated programs!

Joining in the program will be four staff members from Blacktown Olympic Park. The four participants during the program will undergo extensive training, to change their lifestyle and get the results they are after.

Taking part in the challenge are Blacktown Olympic Park's Ros, Kathy, Matt and Graeme.

  • Ros is a young mum who wants to be healthier and fitter to keep up with her daughter
  • Kathy is married with two teenage boys and wants to change her routine to become fit and feel fantastic for her own health and happiness.
  • Graeme is ready to kick start to a healthier and more energetic life.
  • Matt is a hardworking dad who wants more energy to spend quality time with his kids!

Forget the fads and gimmicks this is a lifestyle program aimed at getting the results you want.

The PI Personal Training Challenge program will measure improvements of the four Blacktown Olympic Park participants and over the upcoming weeks, the Leisure Centre will profile each of the four participant's progress towards a healthier lifestyle.
