  ‘Acceler8’ is an intensive learn-to-swim program for children aged 6 to 12 years and runs during all school holidays. The program focuses on teaching basic swimming skills and increasing competence in all four strokes. The program aims to produce strong and safe swimmers, with all instructors AUSTSWIM accredited.

  Friday 1st February, 2008 will mark the 5th Birthday Anniversary of the Blacktown Leisure Centre Stanhope. Since opening its doors in 2003 the Centre, has had in excess of 4.5 million customers through the door, more than 430,000 learn to swim enrolments and over 9,000 Health and Fitness exercise classes have also been conducted.
