Blacktown Leisure Centre Stanhope has once again hosted a very successful season of Indoor Netball with forty eight teams taking part in the 2^nd season of 2008. Games ran on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday's, with participants of all ages and all abilities and with a main focus of having fun!

Congratulations to everyone who took part, and special mention to all those teams who came out on top - Tuesday Pool I Major Final- The Feral Cats, Tuesday Pool I Minor Final - The Nets, Tuesday Pool II Major Final- The Slappers, Tuesday Pool II Minor Final- Nine Lives; Wednesday Pool I Major Final- Cougars, Wednesday Pool I Minor Final- Bernies, Wednesday Pool II Major Final- Thirty Plus, Wednesday Pool II Minor Final- Strezleckies; and the Thursday Final Winner- Boilers.

In addition to the team awards, it has now become tradition that Blacktown Leisure Centre Stanhope also recognises an individual who encompasses the spirit of the game and the essence of the competition. This year the award went to Alicia Montgomery of the Yellow Crayons.

Registrations are now open for Season I 2009 with all the action due to get under way from Tuesday, January 27, 2009. Why not get some friends together and come and experience the exciting netball program!
