If cardio is your thing, head to the fully equipped Fitness Studio where you can work out on the absolute latest in equipment. Try out the treadmills, steppers, cross trainers and rowers or use the pin loaded and free weights for a complete work out.
All members will receive a Fitness Studio orientation and personalised fitness assessment before commencing, to ensure that you are doing the right workout for you. The friendly faces of our qualified Fitness Consultants are always there for advice and assistance. They also provide fitness tests, exercise programming, rehabilitation and personal training.
